About the Role
We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience who is ready to contribute to the bold design and technical development of our projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life—from early concepts through construction—and wants to grow within a highly collaborative and design-driven studio. You’ll contribute to a wide range of project types and gain hands-on experience through all phases of design, translating creative ideas into thoughtful, buildable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of design and documentation tasks for a wide variety of architectural projects
- Develop high-quality construction documents that reflect client goals, design intent, and code compliance
- Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants across all disciplines, including civil, structural, and MEP
- Participate in projects through all phases from Schematic Design and Design Development to Construction Documents and Construction Administration
- Participate in construction-phase activities such as site visits, field reports, and review of submittals and shop drawings
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, consultants, and clients
- Work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Contribute to a culture centered on creativity, technical excellence, and continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural office
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Revit proficiency required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of building codes and construction systems
- Eagerness to grow and contribute in a fast-paced, design-focused environment
- Licensure on track (preferred but not required)

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with 5–10 years of professional experience to lead bold architectural projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, an eye for design, and the desire to collaborate with a creative and ambitious team. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, coordinating across disciplines, and managing the full arc of project delivery—while shaping the BOLD future of our built environment.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage architectural projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Develop construction documents that clearly express design intent and technical accuracy
- Lead coordination with civil, structural, MEP, fire protection, and other consultants
- Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases
- Guide projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
- Conduct site visits, field reports, and construction observations
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in design excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (preferred)

We are seeking an Interior Designer who possesses both the creative vision and skill set to complement and enhance the BOLD experience of our architectural designs throughout the interior spaces of our projects. What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, BLDing a vision that is consistently, innovatively, and thoroughly documented.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and designers to seamlessly integrate interior design concepts with architectural / SMEP plans, creating unified, coordinated, and bold spaces.
- Curate inspiring interior experiences, including product and finish selections, furniture arrangements, art collections, and accessories, elevating the overall design.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on design vision and project goals.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience for 5 years or more in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality work.
- 4-year degree in Interior Design or Architecture. NCIDQ certification preferred.
- A bold design vision, paired with a collaborative and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for integrating creative concepts with functional design solutions.
- Experience in bringing conceptual ideas to the table along with the ability to develop those ideas into a comprehensive interior design package. Architecture Client Manager/Business Developer 5-20-25
Pond is a full-service Architecture, Engineering, Planning, and Environmental Services firm with over 800 employees serving clients globally. Pond’s Jacksonville, Florida office is seeking an experienced A/E Practice Builder to continue the growth of the firm’s Florida business, with a focus on the Education (Higher Ed and K-12) and Government (primarily State of Florida) markets. This candidate is expected to maintain and strengthen our existing client relationships and develop new client relationships that lead to new sales and projects for our dynamic professionals. The qualified individual should have experience in client relationships and management, business development, and project delivery in A/E professional services.
Position Summary
The CM/BD will assist the Market Leader with sales strategy and enthusiastic implementation of the strategy through active client contact, relationship building, knowledge gathering, market engagement, project pursuits, proposal writing, and other activities to help the firm grow.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research and develop new prospects and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships and monitor client satisfaction with existing clients to foster repeat business
- Establish annual growth metrics by overseeing pipeline prioritization and fulfillment to ensure achievement of goals
- Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans
- Participate in strategic planning, development, and the implementation of business development and marketing programs
- Track leads and maintain database for the region using CRM
- Play a leading role in the development of strategy, pipeline, and proposal management lifecycle from opportunity development to proposal submission and project kickoff
- Assist / oversee proposal preparation and presentations

Requirements
- College degree from an accredited college or university and ten years or more related experience and/or training

- Current client management/business development experience working within Florida having relevant and immediate sales contacts
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
- Ability to gain insights and help set strategy for client relationships and sales
- Proficiency in the use of CRM programs and Microsoft Office
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined and results oriented
- Ability to travel as needed for client / project requirements
